Personal Attention

Our clients and family members have an opportunity to ask questions about how our services will cater to their needs. We will thoroughly explain how our personalized attention, procedures, policies and hiring criteria will positively impact their lives. During the initial meeting, a coordinator will assign the staffing requirements based on client need, ensuring that there is the necessary skill set, training and compatibility that can adapt to our client’s need.

In the event that a client has a need that exceeds non-medical care, a Registered Nurse will identify specific needs for each client who may qualify for skilled nursing care. Based on their assessment, our nurse will begin the process of collaboration with the client, family members and primary care physician, to develop an ADAPTIVE plan of care- designed to improve our client’s quality of life. Each month, the RN will conduct supervisory visits of staff, and be able to monitor your loved one for further need, equipment requests, or staffing needs.

Monthly visits are part of the plan of care to make sure the plan is followed appropriately. We want to know that client care goals and service satisfaction are being met. This extends to caregivers who are also involved in the client’s well-being.

Peace Of Mind

All perspective employees undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, which includes a criminal background investigation, verification of at least 2 references, and physical examination to check for communicable disease. We are licensed by the state of Indiana and must follow state and federal guidelines.

Each of our employees are w-2 employees and are not contracted. We maintain an “employment at will” philosophy which allows us to maintain only the staff that truly embodies our customer-first approach to healthcare.
