Our compliance department upholds this commitment to ethical integrity by ensuring that our employees comply with our policies, procedures, state and federal regulations.  Our compliance program adheres to the recommendations provided by the Office of Inspector General’s Seven Fundamental Elements of an Effective Compliance Program.

Meet Our Compliance Team

Jenny Miller, RN
Director of Clinical Operations

Jenny Miller is the Director of Clinical Operations. Jenny began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant while in Nursing School. She obtained her RN in 2001 worked critical care for 15 years before finding her home at Adaptive Nursing in 2013. Jenny works closely with the clinical and compliance team to maintain compliance, to improve procedures, best practice, and policy development. Jenny is passionate about providing the very best care to our clients to allow them stay in their home in control of their care as long as they wish.

Beth Tourney-Shelton, MBA
Director of Human Resources

Beth Tourney-Shelton is the Director of Human Resources.  She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana University and earned her MBA at McKendree University in Louisville, KY.  Beth joined the Adaptive team in March of 2013 and effectively leads a department of three Human Resources Assistants at Adaptive’ s corporate location.  Beth’s expertise includes compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development. Beth is dedicated to improving company processes and efficiencies to increase profitability, decrease expenses and increase revenue.

Coumba Kebe, MPH
Corporate Compliance and Training Officer

Coumba Kebe is the Corporate Compliance and Training Officer. She is responsible for internal training, compliance audits, enforcing compliance standards and ensuring that misconduct or other identified issues are addressed promptly. Coumba joined the Adaptive team in 2017. Coumba has an undergraduate degree in Public Health from Indiana University and her MPH in Health Policy and Management from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis. Coumba is dedicated to ensuring that all Adaptive locations provide excellent homecare services through ethics.
