On July 19th and 20th, eight of our program managers from all of our offices came together for a training class.
The class, organized by New Albany’s Operations Manager Nikki Davis, is designed to improve their knowledge in a wide array of skills, including marketing, customer service, billing, caregiver recruitment, compliance, scheduling and caregiver retention.
Our Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator, Paige, talked to the Program Managers on marketing our services, retaining caregivers, customer service, recruiting strategies and caregiver recognition.
Our Human Resources team, composed of Jill, Cole and Beth, talked to the class about orientation, hiring, billing, worker’s compensation and other HR topics.
After the class, the Program Managers tested their knowledge in an intense game of Jeopardy! Our Nurse Administrator, Tara, played Alex Trebek during the game. Check out all the fun on our Facebook page.
