Employee Spotlight – Justin Kepley CFO

Congratulations to August’s Rockstar Award Winner – our Chief Financial Officer Justin Kepley!

Justin has been a HUGE asset to the Adaptive team since he joined as our Chief Financial Officer last year. Justin is always there to answer questions and offer the best solution! He has taken on a great deal since he joined Adaptive and he has done it all with a smile.

Justin worked in the Home Health industry for four years, prior to joining Adaptive Nursing. During this time, he learned of Adaptive and the great things they were doing in the industry and realized we were not like any other Home Health company. “Adaptive was providing care to the best of their ability and had a company culture that was excited about doing everything they could for their clients. I was more than excited when offered the position to join such a great company” said Justin.

Justin said the best thing about his job is”the challenge of managing the finances for a business that provides the best in home care in the business and hosts a team of great people that are passionate about the service they provide.”

When he is not at work, you can find Justin spending time with his family. He would love to time travel if given the opportunity to have a super power. Justin says it would be impossible to give up his integrity. Justin wants to be remembered as someone who never gives up and who strives to be best person he can be!
