Proper PPE removal Procedures

April 12, 2020

Although we will be supplying all caregivers with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) when it is needed we wanted to share this link as a resource for all.  Cloth masks have been found to be helpful when in the community and for day to day needs, but not appropriate when working directly with a diagnosed client or person under investigation for COVID-19.  As always, please contact the office if you will be working with a client with respiratory concerns for further guidance and appropriate PPE.

This is a great link referencing care in the home from the CDC

And a link to watch a video on how to properly store a face mask if needed
