Employee Spotlight – Stephanie Dye

Congratulations to June’s Rockstar Award Winner Bloomington Clinical Manager Stephanie Dye!

Stephanie has been a huge asset to the Bloomington office since she started. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, she has also been the only nurse in the Bloomington office for the last few months. She took on the entire client load and visits without any hesitation. Stephanie is truly a rockstar!

Stephanie decided to work for Adaptive because she wanted to offer support and education to people in the community facing long-term disease management challenges. She wanted to help improve their quality of life, while keeping them safe and happy in their own home for as long as possible. Stephanie has been in the healthcare industry for eleven years now and has been a Registered Nurse for six years. She says the best part about her job is seeing the difference we make in our clients’ lives. “Providing additional help in the home, education and support to our clients makes a significant impact on their confidence and their ability to maintain their independence” says Stephanie.

When she’s not at work, you can find Stephanie spending time with her family. They love the outdoors! She also loves music and playing her guitar any chance she gets. If she could have any super power, Stephanie would want the ability to grant wishes with a fancy wand! It would be impossible for Stephanie to live without ice water. She can’t imagine surviving on warm water!
