Employee Spotlight – Katheryn “Beth” Campbell

August 07, 2017

Congratulations to July’s Rockstar Award Winner – New Albany Clinical Manager Katheryn “Beth” Campbell!

Katheryn has had a huge impact on the New Albany office, and Adaptive as a whole, since she started with the company. Her clients and coworkers think the world of her! You can always hear them singing her praises as a nurse and a coworker. She truly is the epitome of a rockstar employee!

Originally Katheryn was not actively looking to change jobs and enter the home care field. Jeffersonville had a supervisory nurse position available that our Administrator, Tara Smith, thought Katheryn was perfect for and would be interested in. Tara allowed Katheryn to ride along with Jeffersonville Clinical Manager Haley Kenner on a afternoon of visits and she was sold. Katheryn says, “That was enough for me to leave the hospital and I haven’t regretted it a day since. I have been fortunate enough to work with two great teams here at Adaptive, originally in Jeffersonville then helping to open the New Albany office.”

Katheryn has been in the healthcare field for six years now. She started working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Floyd Memorial Hospital in 2011 while attending Ivy Tech Community College for Nursing. The positive environment every day is what she enjoys most about her job. “It is such a blessing to come to work every day and to really enjoy the people you work with. As a nurse, I love that this job allows me to spend time with our patients and to really get to know them and their needs” said Katheryn.

When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her husband and three very active children. They love going to church, sporting events and school events. They also love to camp and go every chance they can get. “I also feel like Kroger is my second home!” jokes Katheryn.

If she could have any super power in the world, it would be to clone herself because that would be the best power for a busy, working mom! Katheryn could never give up her family and the time she gets to spend with them. She wants to be remembered as a fun, caring and loving Christian woman!
